On Tuesday, October 11, 65 healthcare executives and supervisors gathered for the second annual healthcare event organized by The Executive Network. In the Cutting Room of the Anatomy Building in Utrecht, that afternoon was all about inspiration, exchanging ideas and experiences, but above all about personal encounters. Healthcare administrators and supervisors from curative and long-term care, health insurers and industry and professional associations were present in the room. The purpose of the event was to engage in mutual discussion about the transformation in healthcare in a rapidly changing context, the importance of good leadership and the way in which new healthcare technology and digitalization can be used.
Speakers Prof. Maurice van den Bosch (chairman of the OLVG Board of Directors), drs. Wouter Kroese (Pacmed) and drs. Ronald Scheffer (Luscii) shared their vision, experiences and lessons learned and the way in which technology and innovations can be appropriately organized become. The speakers were accompanied by chairwoman Anita Witzier, presenter at KRO-NCRV and ambassador of several initiatives in healthcare.
