You can visit our website (www.ten.nl) without passing on any personal data to us. (Potential) candidates:
We collect and process your data for the execution of our executive search and interim management services, so that we :
– To be able to assess your availability and general suitability in connection with mediation for a vacancy;
– To be able to approach and inform you about positions that may be of interest to you;
– To be able to assess your possible interest or suitability as a candidate for specific vacancies, for example references and certificates.

We always ask your permission before we share your CV with our clients.

When we maintain or intend to build a business relationship with you, we record contact information and contact moments so that we can serve you as best as possible:

– By sending relevant newsletters (such as the TEN trend letter)

What personal data do we collect from you?
(Potential) candidates:

– Current position (s) and employer(s), and relevant work experience
– Your curriculum vitae (if you send it to us)
– Information that (may be) important for assessing your suitability and availability as a candidate for various positions from our portfolio

Business relations:

– Participation in (co-) organized events

With whom can we share your personal data (candidates)?
We only share information from potential candidates with clients in the context of vacancies to provide a picture of the labor market and to gauge whether they would like you as potential candidate would like to take with them for a relevant vacancy. We will only share your CV with a client after it has been discussed with you and approved by you. When you actively respond to a published specific vacancy and send a CV and/or motivation letter, we regard that response as permission to share your information with the client for that one specific vacancy.
Your personal data may be transferred outside the Netherlands . TEN has taken the necessary measures to ensure that the personal data transferred is adequately protected.

How long do we store your personal data?
The retention periods we use depend on the applicable legal retention periods.
We keep your CV data for 2 years. We will send you a message one year after the last contact and two years after the last contact that your details are on file with us. With the message you will be given the option to indicate that you consent to storing your CV for a longer period of time and/or to send us a recent version of your CV. Naturally, you have the opportunity at any time to indicate that you wish to withdraw, change or limit your previously given consent for the storage of your personal information. You can send an email with your wishes to privacy@ten.nl

Your rights
You have the right to view and/or change your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to request from us:
– That any incorrect information we have stored is corrected
– That information about you is deleted
– That we stop using your information for certain purposes
– That the information with which you are registered is made available to you in a portable form
– That decisions about you are not made using fully automated methods

Security
TEN does everything it can to optimally protect your personal data against unauthorized use. We do this using physical, administrative, organizational and technical measures. For example: only authorized users have access to the data and it is clearly recognizable in our systems whether or not someone has given permission for the processing of specific personal data.
