CODE OF CONDUCT THE EXECUTIVE NETWORK B.V.
1. Candidates are assessed solely on the basis of their suitability for the position and organization. Race, sex, marital status, age, sexual orientation, philosophy of life and religion do not form part of the selection, of course taking into account the objective job requirements.
2. Personal data such as CVs will only be included in our database with the consent of the person concerned and will be removed or destroyed at the first request of the person concerned.
3. Personal data such as CVs will only be made available to third parties with the consent of the person concerned.
4. Our database is not used for purposes other than those for which the participants have sent their information and is not made available to third parties without permission.
5. Our database, mail server and other files are adequately protected against unauthorized access by third parties.
6. THE EXECUTIVE NETWORK only communicates information relevant to the assignment with (potential) candidates.
7. Confidential information about the client is only shared after the client's consent.
8. Assignments are recorded in writing. It must be clear: the expected work, result, fee, any expenses and other conditions.
9. THE EXECUTIVE NETWORK works in the field of executive search exclusively on the basis of mutual exclusivity. The Client guarantees the exclusive provision of the search assignment. THE EXECUTIVE NETWORK guarantees that any new assignments that conflict with the correct completion of an assignment already issued will be refused until the previously issued assignment has been terminated.
10. THE EXECUTIVE NETWORK will always make the position and candidate profile and therefore the selection of candidates partly dependent on the client's vision of his organization and market and the strategy to realize this.
11. THE EXECUTIVE NETWORK works for search assignments exclusively on the basis of a transcribed, and therefore partly fixed, fee in order to guarantee optimal quality.
12. THE EXECUTIVE NETWORK carries out the intake of interim assignments free of charge. After placement of a candidate, the client owes a rate per day and any expenses.
13. THE EXECUTIVE NETWORK will only charge a fee to the client. Compensation will never be accepted from third parties.
14. THE EXECUTIVE NETWORK contractually obliges interim managers that during the execution of the assignment they may in no way have a personal interest (direct or indirect) in the search for solutions in the context of the assignment to be carried out.
15. Every consultant from THE EXECUTIVE NETWORK promises to give his opinion to the client and candidate, even if it is contrary to that of the discussion partner.
16. Consultants are excluded from trading and/or owning securities (or their derivatives) of clients of the entire firm.
